We gladly accept returns and exchanges 100% of the time, as long as the product is in original condition and is not torn or damaged. Trying on a Thobe to check the sizing is perfectly fine, but items returned with tears or structural damage will not qualify for a refund.

2. Timeline & Distance

Our goal is to handle your return or exchange from start to finish in 10 to 15 days from the day you first message us.

Please note: Because we operate out of Chicago, regional locations matter. Distance plays a big role in how quickly the carrier can mail the item back to us. Shipments from nearby states will naturally wrap up faster than those traveling from the other side of the country.
